When clients use our Voice AI services, we may process the following additional data to operate and improve the Services:

- Written transcripts and summaries of those calls
- Caller phone numbers, caller-ID metadata, and call disposition data (answered, missed, routed, booked)
- Configuration data for the voice agent (scripts, qualifying questions, routing rules, FAQs)
- Integration data pushed to or pulled from client CRMs, calendars, and booking systems
Clients are responsible for obtaining all consents and disclosures required by applicable call-recording, two-party-consent, and telecommunications laws in the jurisdictions where their callers are located.

We provide the information to clients in the following ways:

- Through programmatic integrations (e.g., Zapier, Make, native API connections)

Does the AI Voice Agent System Privacy Policy Cover Just the Website or Also the Data Products?
The AI Voice Agent System privacy policy ONLY covers visitors to the voiceagentsystem.ai domain and does NOT cover its underlying products and telephony infrastructure. Our Privacy Policy was written by the AI Voice Agent System team strictly for the benefit of AI Voice Agent System and should not be used as a model, an example, or construed as legal advice or recommendations. How Is Client Data Collected by AI Voice Agent System Protected?

Your data is encrypted to prevent unauthorized access in transit and at rest. It is hosted using various services through systems such as Google Cloud and/or other equivalent public cloud providers such as AWS and Microsoft Azure.
Data Retention After Termination
When a client terminates the agreement, we retain customer data, call recordings, and transcripts for six (6) months, after which the data is automatically destroyed. During that retention period, we apply strict access-control policies to prevent unauthorized access by users, employees, or contractors.
CCPA and CPRA
CCPA and CPRA are consumer-oriented laws, so every company must give consumers (as distinct from businesses) who visit their website the ability to opt out (as well as the other provisions specified in both pieces of legislation) in order to be compliant.

Our Services include AI voice agents that place and receive phone calls. Clients are solely responsible for complying with all applicable telephone-consumer-protection laws, including the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), state autodialer laws, one-party and two-party call-recording consent laws, and Do-Not-Call rules. Clients must ensure that all outbound contacts placed using our platform are made to individuals who have provided express consent appropriate to the nature of the call, and must configure required call-recording disclosures as appropriate for the jurisdictions of their callers.
